Where can I log-in to Online Banking?
We've made it simple to access our Online Banking service from anywhere inside of our website, and rest easy, all of our log-in boxes are enabled with the latest in secure socket layer (SSL) protection so your User ID is protected. You can log-in from the log-in box on the left hand side of our personal, business or Online Banking Homepage, or by using the Login box on the top of each page.
How do I use the new Branch/ATM locator?
With our new Branch/ATM locator, its easy to find one of our full-service branch locations close by to your home or office. You can either find the closest branch for your zip code by clicking on the "Branch/ATM locator" on the top navigation bar and entering your zip code. If you'd like to find more branches in your area, simply click on the Branch/ATM locator link to see the three closest branches. Plus, we've linked all of our branches to interactive maps so that you can get driving directions, or see nearby cross streets.

Please note that this form is not secure so you should not include any secure personal information such as account numbers in this form. How do I register an AmTrust Bank gift card?
To register your gift card, click the My Account link at the top of the page. Complete the section under Existing Cardholders and click Login to proceed.
How can I close my AmTrust CD?
CDs can be closed in a variety of ways. Based on how they were opened determines the acceptable methods for closing them. Your CD was opened in one of three ways.
CD was opened at a branch:
- You may go to a branch, show proper personal identification, and close your CD.
- You may write a letter and send it to us at AmTrust Bank, Customer Fulfillment, PO Box 94647, OH99-0501, Cleveland, OH 44114. Please include the account number and instructions on how to send the funds such as to mail a check, deposit into another AmTrust account, or wire funds to another institution. (fee applies). The letter must have your original signature and a daytime phone number. The closeout letter must be received before or during the grace period. There are no exceptions.
CD was opened through the Customer Contact Center:
- You may call us at (888)-696-4444 to request closure.
- You may login to online banking, click the messages link and send us a secured message with the account number and instructions on how to send the funds such as to mail check, deposit into another AmTrust account, or wire funds to another institution (fee applies).

How do I set up Account Alerts?
You may choose to receive one or more alerts by clicking an ‘Account Alerts’ link on the sub-navigation bar of the Accounts tab, or on the Account Services tab.
How do I change or add an email address that for receiving alerts?
By clicking an ‘Account Alerts’ link on the navigation bar of the Accounts tab, or on the Account Services tab, you arrive at a page where there is a “send alerts to” area. Add the email address which you want to receive alerts at and click Submit Alerts.
How do I change information about or the alerts that I receive?
By clicking an ‘Account Alerts’ link on the sub-navigation bar of the Accounts tab, or on the Account Services tab, you arrive at a page where you are able to change what alerts are received, and what triggers the alerts to be sent.
Are there additional alerts available that are not listed on the Account Alerts page?
No other account alerts are available if they are not listed on this page.
What if I am not receiving my account alerts?
Please go to the Account Alerts page and be sure that your email address(es) are correct. Also be sure that your computer’s spam blocker or email filter programs are not preventing you from receiving these alerts.
How often will I receive a requested alert?
You will receive an alert within 24 hours of the required balance or activity in most cases.
How do I stop the alerts?
Any alert may be disabled by clicking the box with the check mark to the left of the alert on the Account Alerts page. This will remove the check mark, and stop the alert from being sent. Click Submit Alerts to save your changes.
What is the difference between my running and available balance?
Your running balance reflects transactions that have posted to your account, but will not reflect holds and may not yet reflect pending transactions. Your available balance will not include funds on hold or pending debit transactions.
My running balance shows the funds are available, but I can’t do an external transfer. It tells me there are not enough funds.
Please check the current balance of your account on the Account Details screen. Pending transactions and funds holds may affect the account’s actual balance available for transactions.
Can I cancel my running balance option?
Please check the current balance of your account on the Account Details screen. Pending transactions and funds holds may affect the account’s actual balance available for transactions.
Will my Online Statement look the same as my regular printed statement?
Yes, and it will contain all the information that you received in your paper statements. For legal purposes, a printed version of an online statement is the same as a paper statement mailed via U.S. Mail.
How much does it cost to receive statements online?
It’s free to receive and view statements online. You will receive a monthly email reminder each time a new e-Statement is available.
How can I view or get a copy of my Online Statements?
If you have a username and password and want to view statements online:
- Sign on to our online banking service at amtrust.com
- Click on one of your checking or money market accounts
- Select the “View Statements” link on the right side of the screen
- A new window will open which will list all of your available statements for that account.
- Select the link for the statement you are interested in viewing and click either “View” or “Download”
- You will need Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® to view, print, or save your statement. If you do not have it, download Adobe Reader for free.
How can I opt-out of receiving my paper statement?
It's easy to opt-out of receiving paper statements. Simply click "Enroll in e-Statements" on the enrollment screen, confirm the accounts you wish to stop receiving paper statements for, read and agree to our e-Sign and e-Statement Consent Form, and then click "confirm". Then you can start enjoying the safety, security and convenience of our e-Statement service. You'll also be helping the environment by using less paper!
What statements can I receive electronically?
All savings, checking and money market accounts are available electronically, including Gold Savings, Ohio Savings Heritage, Statement Savings, Totally Free Checking, 50+ Checking, Checking with Interest, Titanium Checking, Platinum Checking, Personal Money Market, Free Business Checking, Business Checking with Interest, and Business Money Market.
I have a Certificate of Deposit (CD) account with AmTrust. Can I see those statements electronically?
CD accounts are not yet available electronically.
How many statements can I see electronically?
Initially, you can see your savings, checking or money market statement for that month online. Over time, we will build up to 13 months of statements available online.
What is the difference between viewing and downloading?
When you click “View” you will be presented with a PDF version of your statement in a new browser window. When you click “Download” you will be given the option of saving the statement to your computer.
I am getting an error message when I click on “View Statements”?
You will need to view each account’s statements individually by clicking on the “View Statement” button for each account.
What if I have more than one account eligible for electronic statements? Can I see them all in one place?
Yes. Simply login to online banking, click on the checking or money market account. You will receive a monthly email reminder each time a new e-Statement is available
I am still having problems accessing electronic statements, who can I call for assistance?

What is a combined statement?
Combining accounts to 1 statement allows you to receive information on multiple accounts within the same statement. Accounts combined to the same statement should have the same ownership.
What types of accounts can be combined?
One Checking account (includes money market accounts) may be combined with multiple Savings accounts.
Checking + Saving(s) = yes
Money Market + Saving(s) = yes
Checking + Money Market = no
When will I receive my combined statement?
You will receive your Checking and Savings account information on the same date that your Checking account normally generates your monthly statement.
I haven't received my combined statement?
You will receive your Savings account information with your next Checking statement. All the detailed Savings activities since your previous Savings statement will be listed on your combined statement. Even though your statement ending date has changed for your Savings account, the Interest and Service charge posting dates will remain the same.
What if I don't want a combined statement?
You may call our Customer Contact Center at 888-696-4444 or any branch office to request that your accounts not be combined onto 1 statement. This request will be processed before the next statement cycle.
