Please enter your 9-digit user ID, which you received by both postal mail and email after opening your account.
If you cannot find your User ID please call our Customer Contact Center at 1-888-696-4444. We are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.; Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST.
Note: We also recommend after logging into your account, that you change your User ID to something familiar and easy to remember. To change your ID, simply select the ‘Account Services’ tab, and then ‘Change User ID’ under the ‘Profile’ section.
