How do I view my mortgage account detail?
To access your mortgage account detail,
login to your online banking account and follow the steps below:
1. Click on the "Accounts" tab.
2. Choose the Home Loan you would like to view.
3. Click on "Account Detail".
Mortgage account detail includes:
Next payment due date
Principal and interest amount
Year-to-date interest paid
Year-to-date taxes paid, and more
How do I view my mortgage account history?
Follow the steps below to access your mortgage account history,
and view up to 6 months of payment history:
1. Click on the "Accounts" tab.
2. Choose the Home Loan you would like to view.
3. Click on "Account History".
How do I make a same-day mortgage payment online?
Need to make a last minute mortgage payment? Relax ? pay online for FREE* and avoid a late fee.
To make a same-day mortgage payment, just follow the steps below:
1. Click on the "Accounts" tab.
2. Choose the Home Loan for which you would like to make a same-day payment.
3. Click on "Account Detail" or "Account History".
4. Click on the "make a payment" button.
5. Follow the steps to make a same-day mortgage payment.
*This service is FREE on the first 10 days of the month, after which a $12.50 processing fee will apply. This fee is in addition to any other applicable late fees charged to the account. Please note that customers pre-paying their mortgage will not be charged a fee. Mortgage payments made on a non-business day or after 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time on a business day will be effective on the next business day. If a mortgage payment is made on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, funds will be deducted from the account on or by the business day immediately following. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
How do I view my mortgage statement online?
View your mortgage statement, escrow analysis statement (when available) and 1098 annual tax interest statement (when available) online.
Follow these simple steps to view your mortgage documents online.
1. Click on the "Accounts" tab.
2. Choose the Home Loan for which you would like to view the statement.
3. Click on "Account History".
4. Click on the "view statement" link.
How do I stop receiving paper statements?
Receive your mortgage statement sooner, reduce clutter and never misplace a statement. Stop delivery of your paper statement with a click of your mouse.
Follow the steps below to stop receiving paper mortgage statements:
1. Click on the "Accounts" tab.
2. Choose the Home Loan for which you would like to stop paper statements.
3. Click on "Account Detail".
4. Select "view estatement" in the blue sub navigation bar.
5. Follow the instructions to receive your mortgage statement online only.
Note: Each month, we will send you an email reminder when your statement is available online.
