Absence Days
In reflection of the AmTrust Bank philosophy that we value and respect employees and trust that employees will take no more time off than is necessary, the Bank provides its full-time employees with paid Absence Time without annual limitation. Absence Time may be used for personal or family illness, doctor/dentist appointments, emergency personal situations, for observance of religious holidays not observed by the Bank, parent-teacher conference, etc.
Jury and Witness Duty
AmTrust Bank believes that participation in jury service, whether as a juror or a subpoenaed witness in a criminal trial or juvenile or grand jury proceeding, is an important part of an employee's civic responsibility. As such, the Bank provides such time off with pay in order to fulfill that obligation. Employees may retain all jury duty pay allowances received from the court during their jury service.
