Both full and part-time employees may enroll in our affordable and comprehensive medical and prescription drug benefits plan that helps you pay for routine and preventative medical care, protects you and your family members (including your same sex domestic partner) from catastrophic expenses, and provides unique coverage for alternative medicine therapies and annual vision exams.
At AmTrust Bank, we believe in providing you with optimum flexibility in choosing when and from whom you obtain healthcare services. That means there is no requirement to obtain permission to see a specialist or obtain a second opinion for surgery. In addition, although utilizing the Plan's large preferred provider organization (PPO) network of physicians and hospitals is the most cost-effective choice available, employees and their dependants are also able to choose non-participating providers.
Dental Plan
AmTrusts dental plan offers preventive, restorative and major services to our employees and their families, including same sex domestic partners, as well as orthodontic services to dependent children. Participants may choose any dentist they wish to utilize.
Life Insurance and AD&D
Full-time employees are provided company-paid Life Insurance and AD&D coverage equal to a minimum of 1.5 times their base annual salary, up to the Plan's maximum limits.
Disability Protection
To ensure income continuation during a period of disablement, full-time employees are provided company paid short-term and long-term disability protection. Benefit levels are determined by length of employment as of the date of disablement.
